Accounts Administrator

We're looking for a proactive and organised **Accounts Administrator** to join one of our clients in real estate space, based in Tauranga!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values precision, and is comfortable juggling deadlines in a dynamic environment.
**What you'll be doing:**
You'll be supporting the finance function with end-to-end accounts administration tasks. Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing invoices and payments accurately and on time
- Reconciling bank accounts and ensuring financial records are up to date
- Allocating costs to the correct accounts and generating owner payouts
- Assisting with month-end adjustments and reporting
- Liaising with property managers, suppliers, and tenants
- Answering queries and helping resolve account-related issues
- Supporting tax and compliance-related documentation
- Prior experience in accounts payable/receivable or a finance support role.
- Proficiency in Excel and confidence using accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.
- The ability to stay organised and meet deadline.
