Accounts Administrator
Leading property company based in Tauranga CBD, 5 days in office
- All round accounts experience including AP and AR
- Strong relationship building skills, working with key stakeholders
Our leading and successful property client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to support the commercial property team. You will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable and accounting processes are completed in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Accounts payable including supplier payment runs
- Accounts receivable
- Rental income including coding and payments
- Property owner payouts
- Assisting with month end requirements
- Reconciling accounts
- Processing tax payments in a timely manner
We are looking for someone with experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable or an entry level accounts administration role.
