This is not your average front-desk job. As our Workshop Reception & Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing day-to-day reception duties and being the first point of contact for customers
  • Booking and coordinating workshop jobs
  • Invoicing, parts ordering, and general admin tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing customer communications
  • Keeping the front-of-house running smoothly and efficiently
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has previous experience in a busy service or reception role (automotive experience a BIG plus!)
  • Is a natural multi-tasker and thrives under pressure
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both in person and over the phone
  • Is tech-savvy and comfortable using workshop software, office tools and Xero accounting software
  • Has a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
