This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced cafe Manager to join the team in Rangiora as the Cafe Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of cafe . You will play a key part in ensuring the cafe runs smoothly and efficiently, providing an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Managing and supervising all front-of-house and back-of-house cafe operations
Overseeing staff rostering, training and development to build a high-performing team
Ensuring consistently high standards of customer service and product quality
Driving sales and profitability through effective inventory management and cost control
Implementing and monitoring health, safety and hygiene procedures
Liaising with suppliers and coordinating deliveries
Analysing performance data and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Cafe or Restaurant Manager, preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience.
