Christchurch - Rollickin Gelato Shift Supervisor!

At Rollickin, we're all about making our customers' dessert dreams come true! From whipping up fun gelato creations to serving up the best brews and baked treats. Our goal is simple: make every visit a fun, delicious experience. We’ve got three gelato cafes in Christchurch, and we want YOU to help lead the charge at our New Regent Street location.

• Lead the team during your shifts when the Cafe Managers are off
• Make sure the cafe runs smoothly and stays shiny, from opening to closing
• Train and support your team – we’re all about growth!
• Handle cash and POS with confidence (you’ve got this)
• Keep the vibes high and the gelato cold (well, mostly cold)

• 30–35 hours/week minimum across 5 days (with regular weekends off – either Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon)
• Barista skills – bonus points if you're a coffee wizard! ?
• Previous experience as a supervisor in a similar place
• Must love talking to people and making them feel welcome – every customer is a friend in the making
• Cool with late shifts (we close between 10:30pm-12am, so reliable transport is key!)
• No LCQ needed, because we don’t serve alcohol – just pure fun!
