Experienced cold caller with a proven B2B sales track record?

We are a growing foreign exchange and financial products business seeking a confident and commercially driven Business Development Representative to generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, supplied leads, full training and support, and uncapped earning potential. Work from anywhere in NZ

What the role involves:
  • Outbound calling to C-level decision makers across Australian and New Zealand SMEs
  • Booking qualified meetings for our Business Development Managers
  • Working from CRM-supplied prospects while also generating your own opportunities
  • Managing pipeline activity and maintaining accurate CRM records
What we offer:
  • Negotiable hourly base rate based on proven experience
  • $300 commission per client signed and transacting
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Fully remote role with flexible working hours
  • Minimum 20 hours per week
  • Leads, CRM tools, and soft phone setup provided
  • Full onboarding, product training, and ongoing support
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven success in cold calling, telesales, or B2B lead generation
  • Excellent spoken English and confident phone manner
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to turn cold prospects into qualified opportunities
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or financial products is advantageous but not essential
