Store Manager
Auckland
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Store Manager for our store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient store performance, uphold high service and product standards, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Position:- Store ManagerLocation:- Helensville (Auckland)
Working Hours:- 30-40 hours per week including weekends and some late nights based on a rotating roster
Pay Rate:- $25 per hour
Your duties as a Store Manager are listed below:
- Be fully accountable and control the overall store operations including food, cash handling, food dating and dough management.
- Hire & Train the staff to ensure they’re doing things correctly and up to the store standard.
- Monitoring the inventory and making sure nothing ever runs out.
- Ensure load times < 3 min & Store KPI's are met at all times.
- Sales Building-Box Topping/Wobble Boards/Food Sampling.
- Coordinate with suppliers to make sure orders are placed and delivered on time.
- Look after the finances such as handling bills, utility payments, business accounting, staff salary, etc.
- Ensure proper cash control & handling procedures are followed.
- Manage any cash variances during the week.
- To provide good customer service.
- Lead by example; uphold all domino's policies and standards.
- Ensure all staff members complies with H&S policies and standards.
- Promote clear and consistent communication within the team.
- Comply with food safety regulations.
- Conduct staff meetings.
- Maintain and enforce all safety and security protocols, ensuring timely reporting of incidents and the upkeep of store.
Job requirements:
- A minimum of 3 year of work experience or a bachelor degree or higher.
- Must be available to work weekends and some late nights.
- Can do attitude.
- Good leadership and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
