Cafe/Restaurant Manager

We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Bosco! This is a hands-on role in a licensed premise where you'll take responsibility for ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act.

• oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• lead and support the front of house team
• handle customer queries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner
• ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing requirements
• maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons and staff
• assist with stock control/cash handling/ordering as required

• current duty managers certificate
• previous experience in hospitality
• strong leadership and communication skills
• ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
• reliable, responsible and customer-focused attitude
• flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
