Key Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt and high-quality customer service while ensuring the safety and security of both customers and staff.
- Utilize CCTV monitoring equipment effectively to identify and address security concerns.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to discreetly handle security incidents.
- Coach and educate staff on loss prevention practices to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in retail loss prevention preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of CCTV monitoring equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility with working hours and reliable transportation to and from work.
