Dual Role - Kitchen and Bar

• Prepare and cook delicious dishes according to our full menu, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Organize and manage kitchen supplies, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and readily available for service.
• Efficiently cope with incoming orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our guests.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.
• Serve at the bar, providing excellent customer service and crafting beverages that delight our patrons.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the bar.
• Be open to sharing your ideas for menu and drink innovations, particularly around events and promotions
• Operate gaming & TAB machines, with all staff required to undergo training in these areas to provide knowledgeable support to our patrons.

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage supplies effectively to meet menu demands.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, with a talent for keeping calm under pressure while delivering timely service.
• A positive attitude and willingness to be in the front-of-house operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required by the lively atmosphere of our sports bar.
