Position Summary:We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Cabinet/Kitchen Installers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-site installation of custom kitchen units, cabinetry, and related joinery with high precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret technical drawings and layout plans for cabinet/kitchen installation.
- Transport, assemble, and install prefabricated kitchen units, benchtops, and custom cabinetry on residential or commercial sites.
- Conduct accurate on-site measurements and perform adjustments to ensure perfect fit and alignment.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and client specifications.
- Identify and resolve installation issues on-site independently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely to cut, fit, and secure components.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to complete work efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all health and safety regulations.
- At least one year of hands-on experience in a relevant field.
- Sound knowledge of joinery materials, construction techniques, and installation best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction and assembly drawings.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised or in a team setting.
- Full driver’s license preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive hourly rate ($27–$30) based on experience and performance.
