Evo Cycles is looking for Bicycle Retail Sales Specialists to join our crew in Whanganui. The full time role will be working 5 days a week (including both weekend days), whilst the part time role will be 2-3 days a week (and again, covering both weekend day shifts).This is your chance to combine your passion for cycling with a rewarding role in New Zealand’s leading cycle retailer.
The Role:As a member of the Evo Cycles crew, you’ll be an essential part of the day-to-day running of our retail showroom. Your role will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:
- Sales and Customer Service: Engaging with customers, answering questions, and ensuring they find exactly what they need.
- Stock Management: Preparing products for sale, managing inventory, and even building bikes for the showroom and test rides.
- Workshop Bookings: Assisting customers by scheduling workshop jobs and handling inquiries.
- Team Support: Collaborating with staff, ordering parts, and contributing to a smooth-running store.
- Customer Satisfaction: Delivering outstanding service to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where your enthusiasm and expertise can make a real impact.

- Retail Experience: Previous work in retail or a customer-facing role.
