Part Time Sales Assistant

We are looking for a mature, positive, responsible and hardworking person to provide exceptional level of service to our customers. This is a sole charge position with training provided. Immediate start.
You must be available to work 2 weekends per month plus some weekdays.
Maintaining a neat and organised store environment.
Performing basic data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Keeping up to date on product knowledge to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
Experience in handling Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You must be available to work 2 weekends per month plus some weekdays.
Average of 30 hours *Per Month* with flexibility to pick up extra hours to cover sick leave and staff holidays.
Key Duties: Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Handling cash transactions and operating the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.Maintaining a neat and organised store environment.
Performing basic data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Keeping up to date on product knowledge to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
Participating in inventory management and conducting regular stock checks.
Skills Needed: Previous retail experience.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.Experience in handling Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work other weekends and holidays as needed.
