Here’s the gist of the job:
- In-Home Sales: Meet homeowners keen to spruce up their homes with a fresh coat of paint.
- Leads Provided: All leads are generated by the company, with appointments set by our office and marketing crew.
- Your Time: 90% spent on estimates, meeting clients, and following up with prospects; 10% on team-building, training, meetings, and admin.
- Training Focus: Personal and professional development is a priority, with all training provided.
- Location: Most work is local, but you may need to travel within the northland region.

This is a full-time role with some long days and occasional weekend work. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule, and while evenings and weekends aren’t mandatory, they can boost your success. As the Sales Representative, you’ll provide accurate estimates (in-person or emailed), pass info to the Project Manager for seamless service, and follow up with customers to build lasting relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience.
- Proven track record of success.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hardworking, ambitious, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the painting trade is a bonus but not essential.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Working smartphone.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
