- Passion for sales and high-quality customer experiences.
- Leadership skills and supervisory experience as you will be working with a sizeable team of part- timers and full-timers
- Ability to roster a large number of team members to ensure 100% coverage at check-out area and service desk
- Desire to achieve targets and drive daily performance.
- High energy and self-motivation.
This role is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, working Sunday to Thursday. Working a roster including one weekend day is a requirement of this role.
