Link Electrical is a well-established and trusted electrical company with a long-standing presence in the Bay of Plenty and a loyal industrial customer base. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Office Assistant to support our busy electrical contracting business in Mount Maunganui.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and an understanding of the trade's environment.

• General office administration and data entry
• Assisting with job documentation and customer communication
• Processing invoices and basic accounts administration
• Maintaining organised records and office systems

• Previous office administration experience preferred
• Trades or electrical industry background highly desirable
• Experience with Simpro and Reckon (QuickBooks) beneficial
• Strong and efficient organisational, communication and computer skills
• Has a naturally warm and friendly manner across all communication channels
• Proactive and able to multitask and work independently
• Is a team player who's happy to pitch in, support the wider crew and enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.

• Flexible part-time hours - 12-15 hours per week, possibility of more during busy periods and coverage for leave
• Good remuneration dependent on experience
