Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily front office and reception operations

Supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction

Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally

Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Front Office Manager, Practice Manager, or similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work flexible hours
