Mō te tūnga | About the role You will provide high level pro-active, quality and comprehensive executive assistant support to the two Youth Justice National Managers (North and South region), enabling them to undertake their roles effectively and efficiently.

This role will also assist with general support duties to the wider team within our Youth Justice Services and Residential Care business group.To be successful in this role you will need to deliver on a variety of support tasks such as administration, finance, travel, supporting new joiners, drafting team communications and supporting governance.If you are looking to bring your experience to a group that is making a real difference with prevention and support services for young people and their whānau, while working in a dynamic and passionate team, this could be your next career move.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bringYou will possess a high level of integrity and professionalism with proactive self-management skills, including working effectively without direct supervision, managing and organisingfluctuating workloads in sometimes stressful situations.

Some other key requirements of the role include: Able to personally cope with ambiguity and change Experience in providing executive support to a senior manager/s Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Computer literate; proficient in Windows 2000 or later, MS Word/Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture Nōu te rourou | What's in it for youOranga Tamariki offer a step-based remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure.
