As the face of our Centre you'll be accessible and visible and your open and positive communication will shape relationships with whanau and kaiako - positively impacting our reputation in the local community.
Working closely with your Area Manager you will build a culture of positivity and success in the Centre strengthening team engagement and retention. Your support will enable your team to work collaboratively achieving both educational and operational objectives.Your judgement and leadership will motivate and inspire your people to deliver exceptional early childcare education (ECE) services to tamariki and their whanau.
