As the face of our Centre you'll be accessible and visible and your open and positive communication will shape relationships with whanau and kaiako - positively impacting our reputation in the local community.

Working closely with your Area Manager you will build a culture of positivity and success in the Centre strengthening team engagement and retention. Your support will enable your team to work collaboratively achieving both educational and operational objectives.

Your judgement and leadership will motivate and inspire your people to deliver exceptional early childcare education (ECE) services to tamariki and their whanau.

What we're looking for in you:
  • You are ECE Qualified and hold Full Teaching Registration.
  • You have demonstrated experience in a Centre Manager role and understand what it takes to run a successful ECE Centre.
  • You have good business acumen and the ability to manage sustainably and profitably for optimum results.
  • You take a holistic approach to management – you know that people are at the heart of everything and you’re an exceptional communicator and relationship builder.
