Join Our Team as a Parts Coordinator / Estimator

Are you organised, detail-orientated, and ready to play a vital role in our automotive business?

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our front of house team in a dual role as a Parts Coordinator / Estimator

Your Responsibilities:

Parts Coordination: Ordering, recieving, and recording parts inventory, liaising with suppliers and esnuring all parts are on site prior to commencing repairs.

Estimator: Assisting with estimating tasks as required, including gathering information, documentation, and preliminary evaluations.
Customer Liaison: A point of contact for customers, providng update, answering enquiries, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Vehicle Coordination: Booking vehicles and managing check-in/check-out processes to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation.

Qualifications or eperience required:

  • Must have a full driver license and the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and self-sufficiency
  • Ability to work efficiently and within a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to Detail

The role is 45 hours per week, 7/8am to 4/5pm job share start & finish with potential of overtime. Remuneration package will be based on experience. This role is available for an immediate start.
