Site Manager/Senior Site Manager

This main contractor has a strong depth of construction expertise and project delivery history. They have partnered with key clients that have a sizable project portfolio. They are well structured, systemised and are a fair and reasonable employer led by level-headed leaders who understand the demands of the industry and retaining quality staff.

They have a key project that requires an experienced site manager to lead from the front leveraging your knowledge and experience

Reporting into a project manager, you will be:

• Co ordinating subcontractors and trades
• Organising relevant materials, equipment and access
• H&S Management
• Problem solving and resolution of technical issues
• Managing day to day site activities
• Leading from the front
• Training and development of less experienced site managers

Key background for this role:

• General commercial site experience of 10+ years across concrete, structures, services, façade and fitout
• Material procurement experience
• Ability to lead a team and be assert resolution of any problem areas
• Well-developed computer skills in programme management especially Procore
• Energy and drive
• Health and safety initiative
• Ideally trade qualified

Remuneration: $145K - $160K + veh pending experience
