Must have the ability to run front of house operations in a busy restaurant.
Must have minimum 2 years hospitality experience.
Business or Hospitality qualification preferred but not essential, may be an advantage.
#Oversee performance ,attitude ,presentation,Knowledge,training of all staff.
#Regualte general ambience of the bar that is,Lighting ,Music,temperature,general feel,Clientele level and standard.
#Maintain a clean and tidy appearance of the entire operation,Including any Maintenance which may need doing.
#Must have LCQ Certificate.
#Must have ability to do split shift .
#Ensure stock level are maintained at the correct level.All stock must be available and not run out during operation.Stock level must never be excessive,having idle money not being utilised.
#Ensure that customer customers wants and needs are met and in all possible cases exceeded.Plan menus with the chefs for the group functions in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager.
#Ensure that quality control are carried out.
#Ensure maintenance of the standard in the kitchen,especially presentation of staff and length of the time meals takes to be cooked and carried out.
#Must have knowledge of Indian cuisine.
#Ensure that all aspects of Individual Employment Contracts are carried out at all time.
#Handle complaints and queries on various matters.
#Check fridge temperatures and knowledge of food control Plan.
#Maintains standards required for hygiene and safety.
#Follows the Liquor Licensing regulations.
#Taking diners food and drink order and serving food to diners tables.

Minimum Hourly rate $24.00 to Maximum $26.00(Minimum 30 hours in a week up to 40 Hours)
