• first point of contact for clients
• answering the phone
• booking appointments
• taking payments
• using the veterinary practice management software "Vision"

• providing advice on animal health product (plenty of training and support provided)
• using Vision for charging and forecasting product ordering
• inventory management (including ordering and regular stock takes)
• organising orders placed by farming clients
• meeting with animal health company reps

• management of stock between storage facility and clinic
• forklift licence is required (but we can facilitate getting this)
• is a physical job involving moving up to 20kg bags/drums in and out of clinic

Having experience in the above would be beneficial but not essential. The most important thing is a good work ethic and the ability to learn.
