Understanding how to handle food control plan and ordering (it's a must)
Lead by example, team player and hardworking
Passionate about your quality of your work
Be available to work rostered weekend or split shift
Mature, responsible and can do attitude to their work is a must. As well as being positive to the rest of team members.
Good communication
Reliable, flexible and able to multitask
