Key requirements for this role is to prepare and present food to a high quality, to have the flexibility and confidence to move around the kitchen with ease in all avenues.- Provide top end meals in a timely manner, while working safely, hygienically, observing health & safety practices in the kitchen.
- Maintain stock levels including stocktake.
- Follow all guidelines and procedures from wastage, cleaning, whilst upon shift from start to finish, set up your station fully ready to hit the ground running.
- Working well and along side team members to ensure a smooth fast paced smooth service
- Reporting to your head chef on a daily basis
