SMASH PIPI- Cafe, Bar and Eatery is an exclusive Eatery Situated In Beautiful Beach Town - Whangamata, Thames- Coromandel Region, Waikato 3620 Distt.

Company Name- Shri Guru Ram Das Limited Trading Name- Smash Pipi- Cafe, Bar and Eatery.

1. Must have minimum of 3 or more years of experience in Similar Chef De Partie Role Or Above in busy fast paced casual dinning Continental and Asian cuisine Inspired premises with references.
2. Must be able to work under pressure with cooking and presenting the dishes in a timely manner.
3. Must have experience in working on hot line fast paced service setting.
4. Must have attention to detail vision when it comes to following instructions.
5. Must have good attention to detail for cleaning and following the council food safety guidelines. 6.Liaise with owner and Chef to determine new dishes to be introduced.
6. Punctual for showing up to work on time and reliable.
7. Must be able to communicate effectively in busy period.
8. Must be able to carry out corrective action/progressive discipline as necessary for customers and other fellow staff.
9. Must be able to supervise junior staff.
10. Ensure that stock levels are maintained and purchased according to the requirement of the kitchen.

On going training will be provided to the right candidate.

Pay rate- $29.66 per hour.

Minimum Experience Required - 3 or more years in similar role or above with references in continental and Asian Cuisine Premises.

Accommodation - We can find you the accommodation prior you starting the job but you will have to pay for the accommodation.

Position- 2 x Chef De PartiesType- Full time, PermanentMin working Hours per week- 30 hours, working hours will be between Monday till Sunday 8am till 10pm.
