Previous administration experience (bonus if it’s in Civil or contracts support)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – confident in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Great attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple priorities
  • A friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Experience with PO raising and issuing PPE
  • Raising purchase orders and receipting goods in the system
  • Managing PPE dispatch and ensuring site teams have what they need
  • Supporting project teams with scheduling, meetings, and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records for contracts, subcontractors, and compliance
  • Tracking plant usage, job costs, and ensuring payroll information is correct
  • Helping ensure everything’s running safely, efficiently, and to standard

We’re on the lookout for a Contract Administrator to join our client's Taupo team on a fixed-term contract through to April 2026.

### **What you’ll be doing**

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our project and contract administration running smoothly - supporting our busy operations team with everything from purchasing and payroll tracking to compliance and customer service.

Every day will bring something different!
