We’re on the hunt for experienced hospitality managers with a naturally positive personality to help lead our team and oversee our busy venue. Depending on your experience level, we have positions available from entry level duty managers through to senior level management, with a restaurant focus.
These positions sit right at the heart of our operation, with a strong focus on exceptional service, guest experience, team leadership, and venue compliance.- Requires weekend and evening availability across a flexible 7-day roster.

About You:
Our ideal candidate will bring the following:- A valid LCQ and current Duty Manager’s Certificate
- Proven Duty Manager experience in a high-volume hospitality environment
- Confidence leading teams and being the sole charge of the venue when required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- The ability to remain calm, positive and de-escalate situations under pressure
- A fun, approachable personality with the ability to connect with patrons
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- A go-getter mindset - driven, motivated and ambitious
- Exceptional reliability — always showing up on time and ready to lead
