Managerial / Caretaker Holiday Park / Backpackers
Egmont Eco Leisure Park is an eco friendly holiday accommodation park and backpackers situated in central New Plymouth .
We have two exciting and challenging positions available incorporating Managerial / Receptionist and Caretaker / Cleaning duties. One Full time and One Part time.
As Manager or Part Time Manager you will be responsible for: Providing exemplary service to guests ensuring they have a great experience.
Ensuring the seamless day to day operation of the holiday park and backpackers, contributing to the efficient and effective provision of clean, comfortable, safe and secure accommodation for guests and the optimal use of the holiday park throughout the year.
Maintaining clear communication channels with guests and the owner is informed about key matters with regards to the holiday park.Adhering to the mission, values and policies of Egmont Eco Leisure Park.
Key attributes sought in the applicant include but not limited to : Experience in leading the delivery, administration and/or management of customer-based services within the property.
Experience in, or an aptitude for, the development and implementation of new business, marketing and sales initiatives.A leadership style which is inclusive and participatory, as well as focused on outcomes and results.
A team working style which models responsiveness to guest and staff needs through respectful collaboration and open and direct communication and the fair and equitable use of delegated authority.
Personal resilience and highly developed time and workload management skills.
Applicants are required to be outgoing with excellent communications skills for our international clientele. Yes we want you to have fun !
A strong focus on excellence in customer service and confidence to work sole charge.
Direct liaison with the Group Managing Director with full training and backup will be provided with remuneration commensurate with the successful applicants skills.
