Merchandising Team Leader
Our Opportunity:
We have an opportunity for you to join our team as Field Merchandising Team Leader looking after the Wellington region.
As Field Merchandising Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day execution of GF's merchandising program at the store level in conjunction with the Regional Field Manager
- Ensuring all Goodman Fielder products are available and presented professionally on‐shelf
- Successfully managing store-level relationships between Woolworths NZ, Foodstuffs and Goodman Fielder
- Managing a team of Merchandisers and ensuring all Merchandisers are appropriately trained, motivated, and comply with Goodman Fielder and store policies
- The ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team of Merchandisers
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- A high attention to detail with strong planning and time management skills
- Motivation to get stuck in and support your team with manual handling tasks
- An understanding of the FMCG sector with experience as a Merchandiser is advantageous
- Someone who is technically capable as we use a range of technology to support your roles, including Woolworths NZ Auto Stocker, Salesforce, and Compass platform would be great - but we can teach you these!
- Working rights in NZ and a Current driver's license is essential as you will be required to drive a Company vehicle
