We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cafe Manager with strong barista skills, café food knowledge, and a passion for business growth. This is a hands-on role where you will not only lead daily café operations but also contribute to marketing, customer engagement and new business ideas to take our café to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day café operations including staff rosters, stock control and customer service.
Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and drinks with strong barista expertise.
Oversee café food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality, hygiene, and menu consistency.
Lead, train, and motivate the café team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Drive business growth through innovative marketing, social media promotion, and local engagement.
Develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and customer-focused initiatives.
Monitor café performance, control costs, and improve profitability.
Maintain compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
