Restaurant Manager/ Cafe Manager (2 Position)
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Run the day to day operations of the restaurant/cafe including overseeing personnel, ensuring that the facilities are properly maintained. The Restaurant Manager /Cafe Manager will also be required to ensure customer satisfaction and oversee the upkeep of administrative and financial records.
Main tasks : Core objectives include:
- Proven ability to work all aspects of the floor and restaurant/cafe
- Creation of seasonal restaurant and drinks lists
- Organize and coordinate operations
- Recruit staff
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Develop and direct staff
- Keeping the front-of-house immaculately clean and organized at all times
- Manage everyday operations
- Schedule Rostering needs of the business
- Schedule purchasing and inventory control
- Supervise staff
- Maintaining stock levels
- Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
- Review and prepare reports for Senior Management

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience- 3 Years Relevant work experience in a with the ability to display required competencies knowledge OR a relevant hospitality qualification plus 1 year of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of restaurant/ cafe operations
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.

You will be working Mondays through Sundays with two days off per week in a rotational rostering basis, between the hours of 9 am to 10pm. This is a full time, permanent position with guaranteed 30 hours per week.
Payrate depends on your experience from $25 to $35 per hour.
