We’re a busy, locally-loved bar and restaurant in the Bay of Islands, known for our cracking events, epic quiz nights, live music, and a friendly, down-to-earth vibe. Our focus is on looking after our regulars, welcoming visitors, and making sure every shift runs like clockwork.

The role

As Duty Manager, you’ll be leading shifts, supporting our team, and keeping things humming along – from smooth service and happy customers to stock control and staff direction.

What we’re looking for

Honest and reliable
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Top-notch customer service
Fit, proactive, and with good personal hygiene
Able to work as part of a team and lead one
Good computer skills
Current Duty Manager’s Certificate
2+ years’ experience as a Duty Manager
5+ years’ experience in hospitality roles
