Accounts Payable Administrator – 6-Month Fixed Term
Lower Hutt | 30 hours per week
Our client, based in Lower Hutt, is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role is well-suited to someone with AP experience who enjoys a mix of finance and admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Payroll administration
  • General ad-hoc admin duties
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience using Xero
  • At least 1 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
