Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Health & Safety Coordinator to join us in central Auckland. This role is key to ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality cleaning services across one of our major sites. You’ll be instrumental in promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring our people go home safe every day.

What you’ll do:
  • Champion health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the site
  • Monitor compliance and conduct regular safety checks and audits
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to staff and supervisors
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive a proactive safety culture
  • Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in health and safety, ideally in facilities, cleaning, or related industries
  • Solid knowledge of NZ health and safety legislation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail
  • Passion for keeping people safe at work
