Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Health & Safety Coordinator to join us in central Auckland. This role is key to ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality cleaning services across one of our major sites. You’ll be instrumental in promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring our people go home safe every day.
What you’ll do:- Champion health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the site
- Monitor compliance and conduct regular safety checks and audits
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to staff and supervisors
- Partner with operational leaders to drive a proactive safety culture
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
- Experience in health and safety, ideally in facilities, cleaning, or related industries
- Solid knowledge of NZ health and safety legislation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail
