Now, we're on the hunt for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead, inspire, and grow with us in our Paraparaumu Store. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering 40 hours of work per week.

Pay: $27.30 - $30.50 per hour

- Operational and financial management of restaurant performance, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded wherever possible.
- Drive sales and key business objectives through working with sales goals and participating in marketing activities
- Outstanding customer service
- Leading aspects of recruitment, training and coaching of Assistant Managers and Crew Members
- A current driver's license
- Must have Food Safety and First Aid certification
- Hospitality or Fast Food Industry experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 1 year managing at a high-volume level
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including late nights and weekends
