Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand client base and partnerships (including schools, training centres, and overseas markets).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Identify new market opportunities through research and industry trend analysis.
Collaborate with internal consultant teams to achieve business targets.
Contribute to brand development and marketing campaigns to strengthen the company’s presence in the industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or sales management; experience in education, study abroad, or immigration industry is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (bilingual communication is preferred).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and a strong team player.
