Demand and Supply Planning Manager
About the Role:
The Demand & Supply Planning Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining the rolling demand plan for finished goods using statistical models within APO, and utilizing insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the flow of supply to secure 100% Stock availability and efficient inventory levels.
About You:You will probably have a good few years’ experience working in areas of Demand & Supply Planning, Sales forecasting and Marketing activities with knowledge of retail accounts operations, forecasting technology, systems, market research data and supply chain management.
- Ability to develop relationships with other areas of the business particularly the Sales, Finance and Marketing teams.
- Proven ability to conduct complex, quantitative and statistical analyses complimented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Strong leadership skills, can motivate and lead teams
- Deep knowledge and experience in SAP – ERP & Planning tools.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Self-motivated team member who can drive resolution to issues with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training.
