Join our award-winning chiropractic team! Thrive Chiropractic is a high-energy, busy practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Our clinic consists of three chiropractors, a dedicated practice manager, and a collaborative team of three receptionists.

The Role

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional with proven customer service and administrative capabilities to join our front-desk team and deliver an outstanding patient experience. This role operates as part of a collaborative job-share arrangement with our existing receptionist team.

  • Training: Comprehensive, fully paid training and development provided.
  • Initial hours: 12–15 hours per week, with a clear path to grow to 20 hours.
  • Shift requirements: Ability to work early starts (7:15 am) and late finishes (7:15 pm).
  • Future requirements: Saturday morning availability is essential.
  • Coverage: Flexibility to provide occasional holiday and sick leave cover for the team.
What You Bring:
  • Experience: Prior healthcare reception or senior administrative experience is highly valued.
  • Tech Skills: Highly confident and competent using modern digital and computer systems.
  • Key Attributes: Impeccable attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a positive, team-first attitude.

The successful applicant must be available to commence fully paid training and employment on Tuesday, 21 July.
