Front of house Motel Receptionist

Our busy and well-established Wellington-central Motel is looking for a dedicated and hard working person to join our team as a front of house receptionist.
If you have a good phone manner, can deal with computers and work well with the general public, then please send us your CV (with references). Plenty of training and support will be provided. You will need to work independently at the front desk.The hours currently are Friday afternoon/evening, and all day Saturday.
This is a casual position, but there are potentially very good hours on offer, up to 15 hours per week.
Successful candidates must be available to work during the summer months. We do not have WINZ members staying on our premises.
Some job tasks to name a few:
Answering phone calls and replying to emails;Dealing with guest enquiries and requests;
Replying to guest reviews;
Making bookings;
Checking guests in and out;
On occasion (if short staffed), help housekeeping with duties;
Ensure that daily operations are running smoothly;
Spot-check guest rooms and common areas;
If able to, minor maintenance work;
Friendly and respectful towards peers and clients; and
Notifying management of any necessary maintenance.
