Te Haeata/The OpportunityAre you an experienced administrator looking to contribute to a high-performing team at the heart of the Ministry?We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administration Support to join the Office of the Chief Executive (OCE).
Your primary role will be to provide high-quality, timely administrative and business support to the OCE and SLT Secretariat, with additional executive assistant support to the Director of the Office of the Chief Executive. From time to time, you may also provide direct support to the Secretary for Justice, requiring a high level of professionalism and discretion.This is a pivotal role that demands initiative, sound judgement, and exceptional relationship management skills.
You'll be a trusted pair of hands—helping the leadership team stay informed and focused on key priorities. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage the flow of information, and maintain confidentiality will be key to your success.As the first point of contact for the office, you'll also be the face of the OCE when engaging with internal and external guests.

Utu ā-tau/SalaryThe appointing salary for this role will be between $60,729 and $80,794 based on skills and experience.
