This is interesting and rewarding work, offering a unique insight into high-level decision-making, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and public communications.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the face of the office, greeting visitors and managing queries via email and phoneEnsure smooth day-to-day operations, including invitation management, ministerial correspondence and meeting coordinationSupport the Senior Private Secretary with diary management, travel planning, and coordinationSupport the wider team with administrative tasksProvide cover for the Senior Private Secretary when required, leading the wider office in delivering exceptional service.What We Are Looking ForWe welcome applications from experienced administrators who are looking for a meaningful role in public service.
