- Digital Solutions, Finance, and Strategy and Planning teams to ensure system integration and data accuracyManage configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of systems such as Oracle HCM, and aPayResolve complex software issues and implement compliance toolsLead prioritisation and change processes for system enhancementsProvide expert input into strategic projects and ensure alignment with University goalsSet performance objectives and build team capability through coaching and developmentPromote health, safety, and wellbeing practices within the teamO pumanawa
- About youWe are looking for an operational and collaborative team leader with:the proven ability to lead and supervise technical teams and deliver outcomes through changedemonstrated technical experience of over five years at a senior level supporting complex applications, such as Oracle Cloud and aPay, and services relating to HR and Payrollexpertise in system configuration, testing, and implementationstrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsexperience working with external vendors and internal ICT teams.Role description
