Your ability to provide the team with leadership and the support they need will ensure they excel in the delivery of their work.Key to your success will be your ability to focus on, and deliver to, the following: People leadership and management Managing team services Business change and planning Customer and partner engagement Strategic and system leadershipYou will establish and leverage a network of contacts to assist and improve customer access to intelligence.Who we're looking forThe successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in: mentoring, coaching or leading others leading others through periods of change setting requirements for technology solutions, both existing and new monitoring delivery of technology solutions intelligence delivery and customer engagement Strong inter-personal and relationship management skills, and a mature approach to leading a team A willingness to explore and develop ways to better meet customer needs Advanced communication skillsThis is a unique opportunity where you will get to drive how customers access intelligence.

You won't stand still with us as we're committed to ongoing learning and continuous improvement.Appointing range: $120,359 - $128,383Before you applyWorking within our unique environment means we have to ensure you're eligible for employment.You must: Have been a New Zealand Citizen for at least 10 years OR Hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of the UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years Be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance Ordinarily, this means you'll have a 15 year checkable background in countries NZSIS Vetting can make meaningful and reliable checks.
