Senior Panelbeater/Body Repair Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled Panelbeater to join our busy team, with a minimum 5 years experience required to fill this position.

As a repairer in our shop you will be responsible for accurate assessment of your tasks in order to perform them correctly and in line with targets ensuring vehicle repairs are to the highest standard.

You will need to be able to work unsupervised, and be experienced in both small & larger scale accident repairs.

Small scale restoration skills would also come in handy from time to time.

An eye for detail is essential to restore vehicles to their original condition.

Experience with all types of specialist body repair equipment is also essential, including but not limited too, Chassis Machines, Measuring Equipment, body jack, dent pullers & specialist Panel Beating Hand Tools.

Being able to use or familiarity with industry specific software & systems would be advantageous however training can be provided in this area to match our requirements.

You will need to be professional in both appearance & attitude, as well as be self motivated and a focused team player with good time management & communication skills.

We take pride in our workmanship & provide a safe, clean & well presented environment for you to perform to the best of your abilities, and you will be expected to wear our uniform with those same attributes.

You will need to interact well with your colleagues, as well as be capable of communicating with customers or Assessors.

You will need to have a drivers license, preferably full & clean.

Class 2 & a "V" Endorsement could also open up opportunities for the future but are not essential.
