We're looking for a **Quality Assurance Technician** to join our **Asphalt Paving Crew**, based out of **Hamilton.**

With tenders secured and projects forecasted, you will be joining our second paving team to support the growth of Fulton Hogan Waikato. This team will be delivering high quality asphalt surfacing across the wider Waikato region in line with our maintenance contracts and construction projects.

As a **Quality Assurance Technician,** you will primarily be responsible for overseeing and detailing quality assurance onsite, ensuring quality standards are met and that all work completed is to client specification and work procedures. The role may also involve some asphalt labouring tasks or plant operation.

This role offers variety to your day.

**What you will bring to the table:**
  • Hold a Class 1 NZ Drivers licence with WTR Endorsement
  • Industry qualification or previous QA experience within Civil/Construction will be an advantage
  • Good with maths, calculating areas and volumes and an eye for detail
  • Have the willingness to help out with labouring duties when required
  • Able to work both day and night shifts and weekends as/when required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Being a team player, self-motivated and take pride in your work
