This essential role coordinates the effective day to day administration and coordination of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for CentrePort employees.You will assist with stock control, inventory management and the procurement, organisation and distribution of PPE and general consumables including stationery and kitchen supplies.
The opportunityThis is a busy part time role where you will be working 10.00 am to 2.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, the Stores Administrator will administer the online PPE ordering system, coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside CentrePort employees to ensure they are wearing appropriate Personnel Protective Equipment as specified.
Your varied day will include:
- Administer the online PPE ordering system, coordinating with suppliers as required to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
- Coordinate the ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for employees.
- Maintaining the Stores and PPE ledger to ensure it remains accurate and up to date.
- Ensure the effective day-to-day administration and accuracy of the PPE storeroom, including stock control and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records, verify deliveries, and investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Manage the procurement, organisation, and distribution of general consumables, including stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Ensuring all storerooms (PPE, stationery, and kitchen) are well-organised, fully stocked, and efficiently maintained to support business operations.
- Conduct regular stock-take audits and provide written reports to the Health and Safety Manager.
- Interacting with the various business units across CentrePort to ensure their equipment and supply needs are maintained.

About you
You will be seeking permanent part time hours and able to work Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. This is an onsite role with no work from home option. This role is ideal for a return-to-work parent or, someone who is looking for part time work to compliment other commitments.

- Proven experience in storeroom or inventory management.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
