About the role:
As our new Foreman Plumber, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of skilled plumbers and apprentices, and ensure our jobs are delivered to the highest standard - on time, every time.
What you'll be doing:- Leading plumbing teams on-site with a hands-on approach
- Coordinating jobs and liaising with clients, builders and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with NZ plumbing regulations and health and safety practices
- Mentioning apprentices and junior team members
- Reading plans, ordering materials and completing job documentation
- Working on residential, commercial and industrial projects
- NZ Qualified and Certified Plumber with a current licence
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate a team and work independently
- Full NZ drivers licence
