Experienced Machine Operator

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators from a food manufacturing background to join our reputable iconic client within their well-established night shift production team at a leading manufacturing site in Mt Wellington.

About the Role

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining strict food safety and GMP standards across the production line.

• Operate production machinery in a food manufacturing environment
• Set up, run, and monitor equipment according to SOPs
• Maintain high standards of GMP, food safety, and hygiene
• Carry out basic quality checks and record production data
• Packing, filling, and monitoring product through the line
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and line cleanliness
• Support smooth production flow and line performance

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in food manufacturing
• Strong understanding of GMP and food safety standards
• Confident operating production machinery in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with some manual handling
• Reliable, safety-focused, and quality-driven

• Monday to Friday – Night Shift
• Hours: 9:45pm – 6:00am
• Pay rate: $28.42ph (not inclusive of holiday PAYE)
• $8 per shift allowance

• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Able to provide 2 work-related references
• Provide a satisfactory Ministry of Justice criminal background check
