We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience with line setting, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery and equipment
- Set up and change production lines efficiently
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance as needed
- Ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards
- Work effectively within a team environment across rotating shifts
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of line setup and production changeovers
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to work rotating day and afternoon shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
